Route Consultant 2026 Testimonial Videos

By submitting a video testimonial ("Submission") to Route Consultant, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility & Prize: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Route Consultant and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. How to Enter: To enter, submit a 10–30 second video testimonial about your experience at the Route Consultant Expo, including why it is a must-attend event and key takeaways. All submissions must be received by July 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM CT.

  3. Selection & Prizes: Three (3) winners will be selected by Route Consultant. Submissions will be evaluated based on criteria including creativity, authenticity, and how effectively the video communicates the value of the Route Consultant Expo. All judging decisions are final and are made at Route Consultant’s sole discretion.

Each winner will receive a $100 Visa gift card. Winners will be notified via email by August 1, 2025. Gift cards will be delivered electronically.

  1. Submission Rights & Usage: By submitting a video, you grant Route Consultant and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the video, in whole or in part, for any marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes, in any form and media now known or later developed, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

  1. Publicity Release. By submitting a video, you expressly grant Route Consultant and its affiliates the right to use your name, image, voice, likeness, and any statements contained in the video, in whole or in part, for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed. This includes in connection with the Route Consultant Expo and related events. You acknowledge that this release is provided voluntarily, without expectation or additional compensation, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of your submission.

  2. No Compensation for Business Use: You acknowledge that your submission is voluntary and that you are not entitled to any compensation, revenue share, attribution, or other payment related to Route Consultant’s use, distribution, or commercialization of your video, your likeness, or any resulting business benefits.

  3. Content Requirements: Submissions must be original, truthful, and appropriate for public sharing. Any content deemed offensive, misleading, or infringing on third-party rights will be disqualified at Route Consultant’s discretion.

  4. Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Route Consultant and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to your participation, the use of your submission, or receipt of any prize.

  5. Ownership: You retain ownership rights in your video submission. However, by submitting a video, you represent and warrant that you are the original creator of the content and have all necessary rights to grant the licenses and publicity rights described in Sections 4 and 5. You further agree that your submission does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.

  6. Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By submitting your video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
