Terms & Conditions

Referral Rewards:

For each eligible referral who registers for Expo 2026 and completes check-in at the event, both the referring participant and the referred participant will each receive a $25 Visa® e-gift card, delivered via email.

Gift cards will be issued to the email address provided during registration within 48 hours after the referred participant successfully checks in at the event. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Referral Submission and Tracking:

To be eligible for a referral reward, the referred participant must enter the full name and email address of the referring participant at the time of registration. Referral rewards will be credited based solely on the referral information submitted by the referred participant. Incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate submissions may result in ineligibility.

Referral Limits:

Participants may receive referral rewards for up to five (5) eligible referrals, for a maximum total reward of $125 in gift cards.

If the same individual is referred by multiple participants, only the first valid referral submitted will be eligible for the referral reward.

Eligibility:

The Expo 2026 referral program is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.

Employees of Route Consultant and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Referred participants must be new registrants who are not already registered for Expo 2026 at the time of referral.

Notification and Delivery:

Referring participants will receive an email notification confirming their reward eligibility and including their Visaâ e-gift card, sent to the email address provided during registration. Participants are responsible for ensuring that a valid and accurate email address is submitted. Route Consultant is not responsible for misdirected, blocked, or undeliverable emails due to participant error, spam filters, or inactive email accounts.

Additional Terms:

Route Consultant does not guarantee the availability or delivery or any specific reward and reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Route Consultant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice, including in response to fraud, abuse, technical issues, or other circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Route Consultant shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or relating to participation in the referral program or the receipt, use, or inability to use any referral reward, including but not limited to technical issues, email delivery failures, or third-party service interruptions.

Referral rewards are provided “as is” with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. Visaâ is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this referral program.

Route Consultant reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant or revoke any reward if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the referral program has been manipulated or violated, including through the use of false information, duplicate registrations, or deceptive conduct.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to this referral program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee, and participants consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

By participating in the Expo 2026 referral program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
