Route Consultant 2026 Expo Hotel Giveaway

Promotion Overview
Register for the 2026 Route Consultant Expo by 11:59 PM CT on July 31, 2025, and you will be automatically entered for a chance to win two free hotel nights in Nashville during the event.

Eligibility

• Open to all legal residents of the United States who register for the 2026 Route Consultant Expo by the stated deadline.

• Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Employees of Route Consultant and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Prize Details

• Three (3) winners will be selected at random from eligible registrants.

• Each winner will receive two (2) nights of hotel accommodations in Nashville, TN, during the 2026 Expo.

• Hotel will be selected and booked by Route Consultant.

• Rooms will accommodate up to two (2) guests.

• Dates of stay will correspond with the 2026 Expo schedule.

• Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. Substitutions will not be permitted.

• Winners are responsible for any incidental charges or additional nights beyond the two provided.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be randomly selected and notified via the email address provided during registration by July 8, 2025.

• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms, release Route Consultant from any liability related to the prize or promotion, and consent to the use of their names and likeness for promotional purposes.

• Route Consultant reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.

• Promotion governed by Tennessee law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
