2. Access Your Event

Enter Event Code: Expo23

3. Login

Complete the Signup Form by using your Exhibitor Code.

Your Exhibitor Code is a unique code that has been emailed to you. Search your email for the code or see an App Support Specialist for help in obtaining your Exhibitor Code.

4. Scan Attendee Badges

Tap to scan, hold badge 20cm from camera with the QR code centered in the screen. A green tick indicates a successful scan.

5. Manage + Export Leads

Tap the ‘Leads’ button, then on a profile to take notes and answer qualifying questions. The ‘Export’ button emails a CSV file of all captured data to yourself.

Wait, there’s Two Different Apps?

Yes, as a sponsor you will have to download TWO APPS: the lead capture app and the event app.

The event app has the Route Consultant logo while the lead capture app has the ignite logo. These instructions pertain to the Ignite Lead Capture app. Click here for instructions on how to download and install the event app.

Exhibitor Code

This code is shared between all staff scanning at your exhibitor booth. After entering this, you will be prompted to fill in a signup form to create your scanning profile.

Access Code

This code is unique to you and cannot be shared between booth staff. Entering this code allows you to log straight into your scanning profile in the app.
