Promotion Overview
Register for the 2026 Route Consultant Expo by 11:59 PM CT on August 31, 2025, and you will be automatically entered for a chance to win dinner for two and a tour of the Ryman Auditorium during the weekend of Expo 2026.

Eligibility

• Open to all legal residents of the United States who register for the 2026 Route Consultant Expo by the stated deadline.

• Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Employees of Route Consultant and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Prize Details

• Three (3) winners will be selected at random from eligible registrants.

• Each winner will receive:

  • One (1) $200 gift card to restaurant of choice in Nashville, TN

  • Two (2) tickets for the Guided Backstage Tour of the Ryman Auditorium

• Tour of the Ryman Auditorium will be booked by Route Consultant.

• Reservation at restaurant of choice will be booked by Route Consultant.

• Eligible reservations will correspond with Expo 2026 event dates.

• Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. Substitutions will not be permitted.

• Winners are responsible for any incidental charges or additional costs incurred beyond what is provided.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be randomly selected and notified via the email address provided during registration on September 4, 2025.

• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms, release Route Consultant from any liability related to the prize or promotion, and consent to the use of their names and likeness for promotional purposes.

• Route Consultant reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.

• Promotion governed by Tennessee law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
